Reclaim The Frame offers a bespoke consultancy service, drawing on the charity’s 20-year herstory of supporting filmmakers and film professionals of all marginalised genders, and decades of collective experience and expertise among the team, from development to distribution.

 

We can offer one-off advisories or longer-term consultancy / mentoring depending on your needs.

  • Project development

  • Sales and distribution opportunities

  • Feedback on pitch decks and trailers

  • Notes on a rough cut

  • International Festival strategy

 

For distributors, festivals and exhibitors: 

  • Film programming and festival curation

  • Fundraising and partnerships

  • Marketing strategy

  • Audience engagement, diversification and development

  • Outreach and impact campaigns

  • Audience research, data collection and analysis

  • Embedding EDI and accessibility into your practice

 

How to book:

To book a session, please complete this brief form letting us know what you would like to discuss, in order that we can assign the most appropriate advisor and tailor the meeting knowing what you would like to gain from it. If we think we don’t have an advisor on our team with the relevant experience or think we’re not in a position to help for any reason, we will let you know rather than wasting your time and money.

Where and when: 

45-60min one-to-ones are available on a rolling, on-demand basis, and on Zoom.

The date and time will be arranged upon confirmation of your session and according to your (and your advisor’s) availability.

​

Fees:

  • For freelancers / filmmakers (individuals): £50 +VAT per 45-minute session

  • For SMEs / production companies / charities: £100 +VAT per hour 

  • For larger companies: £200 +VAT per hour

 

Fees include preparation for the meeting. Rates for feedback on a rough cut or a package of support or ongoing mentoring can be discussed following an initial session. As a charity, please know your fee will go back into the organisation, helping us to meet our charitable objectives.
