We’re recruiting for a senior management role within Reclaim The Frame. The Head of Campaigns will lead on Reclaim The Frame’s audience building work, from creating proposals and closing deals with distributors, through to overseeing the impactful delivery of our film campaigns, encompassing promotion, events, and editorial.
The post-holder will bring strategic film/events marketing expertise, and a drive to deliver social and commercial impact for films made by filmmakers of all marginalised genders, in support of the charity’s mission for gender equity in all film spaces.
As well as being an excellent communicator, negotiator and marketeer, our ideal candidate will be someone results driven, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and with a track record in building industry engagement and public audiences for cinema.
Reports to Director
Direct Reports Communications Coordinator, Events Producer
Salary 35,000-40,000, depending on experience
Leave entitlement 25 days leave plus bank holidays
Start date w/c 14 April 2025
Probation 3 months
Tenure Fixed term, to March 2026 (after which funding dependent)
Hours Full time / 38 hours per week
Location London (hybrid: at least 1 day p/w in Brixton office, attendance at London events will be required)
